Depression is one of the leading causes of emotional disorders and decreased quality of life, especially among young adults, including students, who have an essential role in national development. This study aims to develop an early detection system that anticipates increased stress in adulthood by measuring psychological and physiological body parameters. The web-based system developed includes physiological measurements, namely body temperature (obtained from the DS18B20 sensor), skin conductance (from a GSR sensor), heart rate, SpO2 (from a pulse oximeter), and blood pressure (from a digital tensiometer). Data from these five parameters is sent wirelessly to a database and processed using a fuzzy logic method on a web server. The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) instrument is used to measure the level of psychological stress. This system successfully sends, processes, and displays the final data results based on two aspects of the website, achieving 100% accuracy. Based on the physiological aspect, all subjects are in "Normal" condition. However, from a psychological aspect, there is a significant variation, with seven subjects (70%) in a "Normal" condition, while three subjects (30%) experience high stress. Thus, it can be concluded that the stress condition detection system functions effectively in both aspects at a percentage of 70%. This finding underscores the importance of considering psychological aspects in evaluating overall stress conditions, even when physiological factors are standard, as psychological factors can still influence individual stress levels.
