The importance of developing the Agroindustry is closely related to the development of agricultural-based economic activities. Institutional or industrial institutions should consider the innovation adopted based on the model and its feasibility, the lowest possible cost, consequence, or risk. This study was conducted to investigate the evolution of agro-industrial institutional strategies in Indonesia post COVID-19. The methods used and the findings became the basis for research contributions. The results of this study are sourced from reviews of various researchers using different methods showing several strategies, opportunities, and challenges for Agroindustry actors to determine agro-industrial development models, especially in the context of the Agroindustry which is wide open in the application of sustainable the Agroindustry development strategies after the COVID-19 Era. 19. Among them are strategies related to historical, comparative and institutional functional analysis, and innovation potential related performance measurements used in the post Covid-19. © 2024 Author(s).
