Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety is one form of effort to create a safe and healthy work environment and to prevent the possibility of accidents and diseases caused by work and the work environment. The problems of workers in Indonesia regarding occupational safety and health are still very neglected so that it can cause a significant number of work accidents. Meanwhile, construction companies cannot be separated from the workforce, because labor is an important factor for the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the factors of the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health on the performance of construction projects in Aceh Province. The research data used were questionnaire data and secondary data. Data processing used the Spearman rank correlation method. Based on the results of the study indicate that the equipment and work clothes (X1) have a strong relationship with project performance in Aceh Province. © 2023 Author(s).
