The tourism Office of Sabang City in 2021 had been planning to develop 5 tourist attractions in its administrative area by 2022. However, the attraction objects had to be placed on a priority scale to determine which is the most important to be developed first due to limited budget. Therefore, this study was conducted to prioritize these areas by using a quantitative method and the application of a questionnaire as the research instrument. Moreover, a purposive sampling technique was used to select the respondents among stakeholders of this development planning. The selected respondents are the Assistant Secretary for the Sabang City, Head of Spatial Planning of Public Works and Public Housing Office (PUPR) of Sabang City, Head of Economic Planning for Natural Resources, Infrastructure, and Regional Development, Regional Development Planning Agency of Sabang City, Head of Destinations and the Tourism Industry, the Sabang City Tourism Office, Members of Commission IV for the Development of the Sabang City Parliament (DPRK), Tour and Travel Gadeng Wisata, and Freddies Hotel Entrepreneur. The Data was analyzed by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the results showed that the dominant criteria to be considered in the tourist attractions development was attraction criteria. As a result, Aneuk Laot Lake was the first priority with a score 0.381, then Bunker Jepang Cot Ba'u with 0.225, Pria Laot Waterfall with 0.169, Jaboi Hot Springs with 0.116, and Jaboi Volcano with 0.109 in the last place. © 2023 Author(s).
